About Construct Iraq<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Construct Iraq<\/strong> is organized by So Fuar Iraq since 2018 and 2025 Edition is
\nthe 6th one. The show is the only Ufi approved international construction event in Iraq.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Construct Iraq<\/strong> is the only exhibition in Iraq where globally known companies will participate and an international trade fair for the construction industry. building materials and technologies, contracting services, electrical infrastructure, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and pump systems.<\/p>\n

new power plants<\/h3>\n

It is planned to construct new power plants (various types) with a capacity of 9.200 MW<\/strong> in Iraq.
Iraq currently generates about 8,000 MW <\/strong>of electricity yet it needs 14,000 to 15,000 MW<\/strong> (However it is predicted that the need would rise to up to 22,000 MW<\/strong> if industrial plants and other investment projects come into operation.) According to another assessment, the country\u2019s need of electricity will be 23,000 MW<\/strong> by the year 2030.<\/p>\n

Approximately 7.6<\/strong> hours of electricity can be supplied from the public network to homes. The average use of electricity with special facilities (generators<\/strong>) is up to 15-16 hours. However the average usage goes up to 19 hours in Basra and 18 hours in Muthanna. Global giants such as GE, Siemens, Alstom,<\/strong> as well as companies from China, Turkey and Iran have undertook the construction of power plants in Iraq.<\/p>\n
