The regional stage of the competition begins on November 17, 2026, and participants have 24 hours to submit their results. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Iran is not on the list of countries barred from participating in this competition. According to the official rules of steelChallenge-21, only citizens and residents of the Russian Federation are prohibited from registering and participating in this edition. Participants are placed into one of five competition regions based on their country of residence, and Iran falls within the Asia\u2013West region.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Registration Opens September 1<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> Registration for steelChallenge-21 opens on September 1, 2026.
