The 17th METALEX International Exhibition 1404 in Isfahan is currently being held.
The 17th International Exhibition of Metallurgy, Steel, Foundry, Machinery, and Related Industries (METALEX 1404) is being held from September 2 to 5, 2025, at the permanent venue of Isfahan International Exhibitions. Visitors have the opportunity to attend this specialized event from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
🔹This edition of the exhibition, with more than 15,000 square meters of exhibition space and the participation of 150 to 200 domestic and international companies from countries such as China, Russia, Turkey, Italy, and Germany, is hosting more than 10,000 visitors.
The 17th METALEX, as one of the leading events in the country’s steel and metallurgy industry, provides a platform for:

At the same time as the exhibition, a set of four specialized panels is being held, addressing different aspects of resilience in the steel industry:
- Policy and governance in the steel industry – Government representatives, parliament, and economic enterprises discuss sustainable governance frameworks.
- Supply chain, production, and sustainable trade – Mining stakeholders and specialized associations analyze solutions for sustainable supply and trade.
- Technology, digitalization, and smart transformation – Leading companies review the future outlook of technology and digital transformation in the steel industry.
- Linking exhibition topics and conference findings – A panel focused on connecting scientific discussions with industrial achievements.
🔹With the participation of more than 150 domestic and international companies, including leading industrial firms worldwide, the event creates opportunities for technology exchange and international cooperation. Furthermore, on the second day of the exhibition, a 20-member trade delegation from Afghanistan will attend the Isfahan Chamber of Commerce to explore areas of cooperation and the development of industrial relations.
In the final days of the exhibition, specialized training workshops will be held, aimed at sharing experience and enhancing the knowledge level of industry professionals, while also providing opportunities for networking and learning.
