According to Steel World Review, the Industry and Mine Day ceremony in Kermanshah province was held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, with the attendance of Dr. Ebrahim Sheikh, Deputy Minister of Industries of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, Dr. Manouchehr Habibi, Governor of Kermanshah, members of parliament, economic directors, and a group of industrial activists.
During the ceremony, Jahan Foulad Gharb was recognized as the province’s exemplary industrial unit, and the knowledge-based company JAHAN SANAT KERMANSHAH known as JSK STEEL was honored as the exemplary knowledge-based unit.

mr. Jahanbakhsh Shokri, Head of the Industry and Mine House of the province, described the simultaneous success of six production units in Kermanshah at the national level as unprecedented, highlighting the province’s elevated industrial position.
Dr. Manouchehr Habibi, Governor of Kermanshah, called industrialists “economic jihadists” and stated: “The 14th government has prioritized developing industrial chains with an investment of 114 trillion rials.”
Provincial officials and members of parliament emphasized the need to remove energy barriers, support production, and properly utilize Kermanshah’s industrial capacities.
Closing of the Ceremony
At the end of the event, six top national industrial units, knowledge-based companies, provincial exemplary units, and industrial veterans were honored with plaques and trophies.
